Job summary

Lennar in France is seeking a Financial Analyst to ensure accurate processing of expenses and deliver precise financial analysis for stakeholders. This role supports accounting analysis and reporting to leadership and Corporate Accounting teams.

You will analyze invoices, assign cost and GL accounts, provide insights, and collaborate with leadership to resolve discrepancies, while safeguarding confidential information and supporting monthly reconciliations and data loads for dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong financial data analysis skills.
• Proficient with Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming invoices and assign cost codes per PO.
• Provide financial insights to stakeholders for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to approve invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify anomalies and investigate charges not aligned with documents.
• Support Vendor Management and Treasury in vendor credentialing.
• Maintain confidentiality of vendor and associate information.
• Oversee monthly chargeback allocations to divisions.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of capital assets and depreciation.
• Prepare monthly data loads to financial dashboards.
• Maintain allocation database and seek automation opportunities.
• Develop and upload journal entries for reclassifications and accruals.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements with the team.
• Lead or contribute to finance projects and initiatives.
