What you will do

This role will be part of the FP&A Department and will contribute to the Companys financial monthly forecast annual budgeting process operating plan variance analysis and ad hoc projects.


This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal business decisions making.


The position is based in Paris and reports to the FP&A Manager.



Responsibilities


  • Support the monthly closing process by ensuring financial data is accurate complete and aligned with business activities.

  • Follow up and control of the expenses in accordance with the budget (produce monthly variance analysis actuals vs budget and forecasts investigate variances and provide business insights)

  • Follow up headcount validation and costs on a specific scope

  • Prepare and communicate monthly presentation and analysis to Senior Management Team



Planning & Forecasting


  • Maintain the company financial model including forecasting annual budgeting and long-range planning of income statement

  • Define rolling monthly and quarterly financial forecasting planning processes and requirements across all functions and departments driving appropriate collaboration coordination reporting and analysis.

  • Collect and consolidate data from business units and support functions



Reporting System


  • Participate to the reporting tool (Anaplan Hyperion and Workday)

  • Support the transformation project : EPM (Anaplan) migration to a new tool

  • Control consistency and relevance of the data in the system



Qualifications


  • Engineer or business school

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or a previous experience in a Big Four audit firm with strong accounting background

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French

  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision highly organized and analytical mindset

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google environment skills a knowledge of Hyperion and Anaplan is a plus

  • Ability to multi-task & handle several priorities simultaneously
