Amplifon, a global leader in hearing care, seeks a France Accounting & Treasury Senior Manager in Paris to ensure accurate country-level accounting, financial reporting, and treasury operations. You will oversee AP/AR/GL, month‑end close, and liquidity management while ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and tax obligations.

You will lead a team, partner with regional and global functions, and drive process improvements and automation to strengthen financial reliability and operational

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent).
• Experience leading accounting/treasury teams and the full accounting cycle (AP/AR/GL).
• Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Treasury and cash management expertise.
• Advanced ERP and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with audits, tax declarations, and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the country accounting and treasury team with clear ownership.
• Oversee full accounting cycle (AP/AR/GL) and month-end/year-end closings.
• Manage cash management and banking activities, including liquidity.
• Ensure statutory accounting, tax compliance, and policies are followed.
• Act as main contact for auditors and ensure compliant audit processes.
• Maintain internal controls and financial governance.
• Identify improvements to enhance efficiency and automation.
