BIP is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager with deep Finance expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to join our team in Paris. You will drive Finance operating model design, ERP transformations, and data-driven finance modernization across client engagements.

Ideal candidates have ~10 years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English. Availability to travel nationally and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 10 years of professional experience, ideally in leading consulting firms and/or Finance functions.
• Experience in Finance Transformation programs and Finance Operating Model design.
• Experience in Performance Management, FP&A and Controlling; Accounting, Consolidation and Reporting transformation.
• ERP-enabled Finance transformation initiatives; Data & Analytics for Finance; Finance digitalization and process optimization.
• Governance, organizational and operating model redesign initiatives; PMO and business case development.
• Ability to engage CFOs/CEOs and senior stakeholders; strong leadership in project teams; Change Management experience.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CFA, ACCA are a plus.

• Facilitate alignment between Finance, IT and Business stakeholders.
• Advise CFOs and executive teams on strategic transformation decisions.
• Lead project teams and contribute to growth of CFO Advisory & Business Transformation practice.

Finance Transformation Manager

We are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager with strong Finance expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to join our team.

We Are Looking For Someone With

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
• Approximately 10 years of professional experience, ideally gained within leading consulting firms and/or Finance functions;
• Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: - Finance Transformation programs and Finance Operating Model design;
• Performance Management, FP&A and Controlling;
• Accounting, Consolidation and Reporting transformation;
• ERP-enabled Finance transformation initiatives;
• Data & Analytics solutions for Finance;
• Finance digitalization and process optimization programs;
• Governance, organizational and operating model redesign initiatives;
• PMO, business case development and management of complex transformation programs;
• Proven ability to engage and influence CFOs, CEOs and senior executive stakeholders;
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams and complex initiatives;
• Previous experience in Business Transformation and Change Management programs;
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CFA, ACCA or equivalent are considered a plus.
