We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Manager to lead oversee and drive organizational change initiatives within our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a culture of innovation productivity and adaptability while ensuring seamless transitions towards achieving strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead major transformation initiatives from framing to execution ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise priorities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build the case for change define the target operating model and design the high-level roadmap and governance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies aligned with the companys vision and mission.
  • Drive communication plans to engage and inspire employees at all levels ensuring buy-in and commitment to change initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of transformation efforts providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
  • Coach mentor and empower teams to embrace change navigate challenges and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain effective change management processes and tools to support successful transformations in coordination with our Change Management Center Of Excellence
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance change management capabilities across the organization.
  • Drive effective decision-making facilitating trade-offs scenario analysis and problem solving with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the integration of AI use cases into transformation programs ensuring alignment with business needs and value creation
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading complex organizational transformation projects (corporate or consulting firms)
  • (10 years of XP)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles methodologies and best practices
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute transformation strategies
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in navigating organizational change
  • Relevant certification in change management or organizational development is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field; Masters degree is a plus
  • Environment and knowledge in corporate finance and SAP would also be an added advantage to accelerate onboarding and facilitate handling the topics.
