Finance Performance & Analysis Strategist

Location: Estrées-Saint-Denis (France)

As part of our transformation and future‑focused evolution, we are recruiting a Finance Performance & Analysis Manager to play a key role in financial performance, strategic anticipation, and the digital transformation of our EMEA Finance organisation. (9 legal entities spread across Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and UK)

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver accurate, timely and reliable budget, forecast and rolling projections.
• Contribute to the development of long-range corporate plans through robust financial modelling and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Act as a business partner.
• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements, ensuring consistency with accounting principles and group reporting requirements.
• Support finance teams in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting matters, acting as a key business partner.
• Turn complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision‑making and strengthen alignment across the organisation.
• Drive the digitalisation of Finance by deploying consolidation tools, advanced analytics, dashboard and automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Requirements

• Prior experience in financial planning and consolidation is a plus; solid financial fundamentals and motivation to develop in this area are equally valued
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
• Strong interest in digital transformation and ERP
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and other modern reporting tools
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and understandable insights.
• Fluent in English & French, proficiency in one of those languages: is a plus Czech, German, Italian
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
