Airbus in Toulouse is seeking a Digital Finance Data & Analytics Program Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for Finance Data & Analytics, aligning SAP ERP initiatives with business goals and driving AI and GenAI innovations across the function.

Based in Blagnac, you will steer complex stakeholder landscapes, lead cross‑functional teams, and establish scalable data governance and analytics standards while fostering continuous upskilling and mobility within a global Finance community.

Qualifications

• Background in Information Technology, or a Big Data related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Data and Analytics Product and Project Management.
• Technical expertise in IT Product/Service lifecycle management and ERP (SAP) core ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and lead multi‑functional teams.
• Negotiation level of English and full autonomy to operate in a complex, fast‑paced transnational environment.

Responsabilités

• Architect the long‑term Digital Data and Analytics strategic roadmap for Finance, aligning the digital strategy with business goals.
• Evaluate and prioritize end‑to‑end Data and Analytics use cases, ensuring all initiatives meet strict standards for Time, Cost, and Quality.
• Proactively steer the Finance DnA portfolio risk and opportunities, identifying opportunities for acceleration while mitigating bottlenecks.
• Establish Data and Analytics standards and governance frameworks for Finance to ensure compliance and scalability.
• Democratise Analytics and AI access across Finance products and translate complex technical progress into clear communication for stakeholders.

Digital Finance Data & Analytics Program Manager (f/m)

Toulouse (Blagnac), France.

You will be part of a team developing the Digital Centre of Excellence for ERP activities. As part of the Digital Finance Product Service Line, you will be involved in the Data & Analytics lifecycle management aiming at generating the maximum value of our ERP (SAP) landscape and driving Digital roadmap, AI, and GenAI initiatives with the Finance community.
