Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Finance Manager to lead financial operations within a global logistics environment. This role plays a crucial part in managing international budgets, optimizing financial flows across regions, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a high‑paced supply chain setting. The successful candidate will support leadership in driving profitability, cost efficiency, and cross‑border financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budget management for logistics operations across multiple countries.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting aligned.
• Support decision‑making with financial modeling and cost‑benefit analysis, particularly in transport, warehousing, and inventory cycles.
• Manage intercompany invoicing, FX exposure, and international cash flows across operational hubs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax and audit regulations.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets across borders.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to drive process optimization and margin improvements.
• Lead and develop regional finance teams and provide coaching in performance and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in financial management in a multinational or logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and international consolidation.

Skills
