Lazard Frères Gestion is seeking a Finance Project Manager in Paris within the AM Finance department. You will lead high-priority integration projects, ensure compliance with US GAAP and French GAAP, and coordinate with Head of AM Finance, deputies, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include managing detailed project plans, ensuring milestones, and delivering accurate accounting consolidation and tax reporting.

Qualifications

• ,Minimum 5-year experience in Finance; ideally 3 seasons as an auditor.
• -Knowledge of French GAAP and US GAAP/IFRS.
• -Fluent in English and French; strong communication skills.
• -Practical computer skills: Windows Office; familiarity with consolidation principles.

Responsabilités

• Manage integration of target entity accounting into Lazard Group consolidation
• Ensure US GAAP alignment and Group management control practices
• Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver project milestones and set up the new org
• Prepare finance project meetings and slides
• Analyze transactions for accounting and reporting impact
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, yearly closes; manage tax calculations and capital requirements
