A leading software solutions provider seeks an experienced professional to lead the functional analysis and configuration of Oracle EBS Financials modules. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with Oracle Financials, expertise in multiple core modules, and strong stakeholder management skills. This role is based in Paris, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, and offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, ideally in R12.1 or R12.2.
  • Deep functional knowledge of at least four core Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Description du poste
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the functional analysis, design, and configuration of Oracle EBS Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design optimal Oracle EBS solutions.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and document functional specifications for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
  • Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Lead and coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and patch testing for Oracle Financials applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials modules and provide user support and training.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate technical solutions are delivered based on functional specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity, financial controls, and compliance with audit requirements (e.g., SOX).
  • Collaborate with other functional and technical leads across modules (Procurement, Projects, HR, etc.) for integrated solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, system configuration, and training materials.
  • Stay current with Oracle updates and best practices, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, ideally in R12.1 or R12.2.
  • Deep functional knowledge of at least four core Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and enterprise finance processes.
  • Experience with implementation, upgrade, or large-scale enhancement projects in Oracle EBS.
  • Ability to write and interpret functional documentation and work with developers on custom solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage user expectations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle AIM or OUM methodology.
