Freudenberg in Neuville-sur-Oise is seeking a Finance Controller to support day-to-day accounting, closings, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with EagleBurgmann France S.A.S. to ensure strong internal controls and timely information for business decisions.

The role requires a university degree in finance or a related field, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Fluency in English is required; Dutch or French knowledge is a strong advantage.

• University degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.
• Previous experience in accounting, controlling or similar finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a fact-based approach.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• The ability to adapt quickly to new situations, processes and ways of working.
• A proactive, hands-on and highly motivated attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day accounting activities and work closely with EagleBurgmann’s Shared Service Center on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger activities.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings.
• Prepare the financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure the timely provision of required information.
• Act as a backup for the Finance Controller based in France.
• Contribute to maintaining and strengthening internal financial controls and processes.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.
