Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Tours site within the Manufacturing & Supply Finance team. You will deliver strategic financial insights and partner with operational leaders to drive site performance at one of Sanofi's key manufacturing facilities.

With 6+ years in finance, experience in pharma manufacturing, and fluency in English and French, you will lead forecasts, reporting, and financial governance while supporting global strategic initiatives and site optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in finance roles such as controlling, financial analysis, or business partnering.
• Experience in pharma manufacturing environments is required.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting aligned with group standards.
• Partner with operational management to deliver insights and drive decision-making.
• Lead entity forecasts including Budget, Trends and Long Range Plans.
• Maintain legal responsibility for all finance matters within scope and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for operational, strategic and project matters.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes per timelines.
• Oversee reporting, accounting, treasury and tax functions to optimize resources and minimize risk.

As Finance Business Partner for Tours Site within our Manufacturing & Supply Finance team, you'll deliver strategic financial insights and partner with operational leaders to drive performance at one of Sanofi's key manufacturing sites. Ready to get started?

Built in 1967, our Tours pharmaceutical production facility is one of the leading industrial enterprises in Indre-et-Loire. With over 300 employees, the site manufactures and packages treatments in solid oral form, with recognized expertise in complex sustained-release processes such as micro-granules, multi-layer tablets, and organically-coated tablets. Each year, Tours produces over 3.5 billion tablets and capsules for France and the world, serving cardiovascular disease, central nervous system disorders, and hypercholesterolemia. Main responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and Group standards.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to operational management, delivering financial insights and challenging assumptions to drive optimal decision-making.
• Lead the development of entity forecasts, including Budget, Trends, and Long Range Plans, while monitoring key performance indicators tied to site activities.
• Maintain legal responsibility for all finance matters within scope, including financial statement preparation and compliance with Group policies.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for operational, strategic, and project-related matters, including new opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in accordance with established timelines.
• Oversee reporting, accounting, financial systems, treasury, and tax functions, optimizing resources while minimizing risk exposure.

About you

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in finance roles such as controlling, financial analysis, or business partnering
• Experience in pharma manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements
