Finary SAS is seeking a talented scriptwriter and on-camera storyteller for Finary Media. You will own end-to-end writing: researching, scripting, packaging, fact-checking, and delivering compelling content for YouTube and Finary One, from concept to final cut.

You will work with an AI-native production system, building prompts, agents, and knowledge bases. You’ll appear on camera and shape the voice of a fast-growing fintech media brand across formats.

What is Finary?

We are on a mission to give power back to investors. We're building the AI-powered one-stop shop for investing, where you can track your assets, manage your budget, invest, and learn. Finary is building the private bank of the internet generation. Our YouTube channel is the #1 personal finance channel in France: 880,000 subscribers and 5 to 10 million views per month, produced entirely in-house by a team that treats content like a product: measured, iterated, engineered.

The role

You will own everything that needs to be written at Finary Media, end to end. Research, script, packaging, fact-checking, delivery: the words are yours from the first idea to the final cut.

Your two main arenas:

• The Finary YouTube channel. Long‑form videos mixing storytelling, economics, and investing, watched by hundreds of thousands of people. Your benchmark: our best videos pass 1 million views.

• Finary One. Content for our private wealth offer, speaking to sophisticated investors with 500K€+ portfolios. This is the highest‑stakes writing at Finary: fewer views, bigger consequences.

You will also write for the formats around them: podcast preparation for Finary Talk, and whatever else needs words. If it is written and it matters, it is yours.

Two things make this role different from any scriptwriting job:

• You appear on camera. You will present your own scripts. This is not optional; it is part of the craft here.

• You work AI-native. Our production system runs on LLM workflows, custom skills, and automation. You will not just use these tools, you will build your own. The best person for this job has already built things: prompts, agents, knowledge bases, small scripts.

What success looks like

• One of your videos passes 1 million views within your first 3 months

• From month 3, your Finary One content generates €100M per month in lead assets

• 90% of your scripts are validated in a single review round, and your lead time trends down

You would be a great fit if you have

• Expert-level knowledge of investing and personal finance: you can go deep on PE, real estate, tax wrappers, and wealth structuring without notes

• A proven writing track record in front of a real audience (YouTube, press, newsletter, blog) with results you can show

• Ruthless factual discipline: no mistakes in data, numbers, or concepts, ever

• Concision as a reflex, in writing and in conversation

• Full autonomy: you run your own system, hit your own deadlines, and nobody needs to chase you

• An AI-native practice: you build with LLMs and automation because it is how you think

• Comfort on camera, or the hunger to get there fast

Bonus points

• You have written for high-performing YouTube channels or run your own

• Background in finance, asset management, or fintech

• You have shipped a small coding project, a Claude skill, or an automation pipeline on your own
