YO IT Consulting is seeking a Finance Associate for a contract, remote role. You will manage QuickBooks bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports using Google Sheets to ensure accurate data.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of related experience, excels in written and verbal communication, and can work independently in a fast-paced remote setting. You may be asked to support audits and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in staff accounting or bookkeeping.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day finance.
• Strong Google Sheets skills with formulas and data organization.
• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.
• Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.
• Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior payroll processing experience.
