We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Finance) to work on a full-time basis. Finance professionals will collaborate with researchers to improve the performance of AI models across corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, and consulting.

This role offers exposure to advanced AI systems and the opportunity to apply financial expertise without prior AI experience, with a focus on evaluating model outputs and contributing to training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI model outputs for finance-related tasks and identify performance gaps
• Develop structured rubrics and assessments for specialized areas such as deal analysis and M&A assessments
• Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to design training methods and evaluation strategies
• Provide detailed feedback on model outputs to refine AI system accuracy
