Eurofins Mitox Fopse SARL in Fourcès, France, is seeking a Field Technician to prepare experimental fields, set up trials, and collect data in line with trial protocols. You will collaborate with a study director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality measurements and timely reporting.

Applicants should have an agricultural BTS or equivalent, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or with others.

Qualifications

• Hold an agricultural BTS or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of agricultural practices and agronomy.
• Excellent organizational skills and commitment to operational excellence.
• French preferred; English working knowledge recommended.
• CACES R482 category f and Certiphyto would be assets.

Responsabilités

To strengthen our Eurofins Mitox Fopse SARL laboratory, based in Fourcès, we are currently looking for a Field Technician (m/f/d).

Job Description

• Prepare experimental fields and ensure trials are set up in accordance with defined requirements.
• Carry out observations, ratings and sampling in accordance with the protocols specific to each trial.
• Maintain regular communication with the study director on the progress of work and study-related events, as well as with other field technicians.
• Ensure the recording, verification and reliability of all experimental data.
• Ensure strict compliance with the study protocol and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the facility, including inventory management and equipment calibration.

Qualifications

• Hold an agricultural BTS (higher technician's certificate) or an equivalent qualification.
• Have a good knowledge of agricultural practices and the fundamental principles of agronomic science.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to operational excellence, with the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in French is desired; a working knowledge of English is recommended.
• Holding a CACES R482 category f certificate and Certiphyto certification would be an asset.
