Rehlko is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain, install and repair equipment. Based at the Méry-sur-Oise service center, you will cover departments 60, 27, 95, 78, 93, and 92.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service while meeting company standards and deadlines. In this role you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, advise customers, carry out electrical and/or mechanical refurbishment, commission installations, start-ups, and

Qualifications

• Ideally a qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electrotechnics.
• Experience in a similar role in electrical engineering and/or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Comfortable using IT tools and software; knowledge of generator sets is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance visits on installed equipment.
• Advise customers on proper use and maintenance of products.
• Carry out electrical and/or mechanical refurbishment work.
• Adjust, test, and commission installations.
• Perform start-up and commissioning activities.
• Contribute to development of automation and control systems.
• Provide troubleshooting and emergency support to customers (on-call rotation every ~6 weeks).
• Report interventions and coordinate with Rehlko Services teams.
