🚀 Field Sales Team Lead – Strasbourg

At SumUp, we help small businesses succeed — from the local café on the corner to boutiques across Europe. Now, we’re looking for a Field Sales Team Lead in Strasbourg to own the market, lead a high‑performing team, and grow fast into a Territory Manager role.

What you’ll do :
  • Lead and coach your field sales team (CDI) to hit targets and grow their careers.
  • Acquire new merchants in Strasbourg by selling SumUp POS and card readers face‑to‑face.
  • Share feedback from the field to improve our strategy and test new ideas that drive results.
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence.
You’re a great fit if :
  • You have proven experience in field sales, ideally POS, payments, tech, or telecom.
  • You’ve managed a team of sales reps (CDI).
  • You’re fluent in French and English.
  • You’re results‑driven, motivated, and love closing deals.
  • You know the Strasbourg market or are ready to master it fast.
Bonus :
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or merchant tech.
