A leading payroll and HR solutions provider is seeking a District Manager (Mid Market) to expand their client base in France. This role involves managing sales cycles and negotiations with potential customers ranging from 300 to 1000 employees. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales experience and a strong business development mindset. The sales responsibility of this role is for ADP's Payroll and HR solutions. The role embraces new sales to new customers with an employee size of 300 and 1000 employees. Sales cycles are of a 3 - 5 month period and Customer negotiation is likely to be with up to 3/4 people, depending on the organisation and structure of the prospect.
