Responsabilités

• Drive daily revenue and meet department goals.
• Oversee the full sales-to-install workflow.
• Conduct in-home sales appointments and close installation opportunities.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and install teams for maximum efficiency.
• Provide on-site supervision and uphold quality standards.
• Deliver technical training and ride-along coaching.
• Support techs with technical, service system, and scheduling questions.
• Lead daily huddles and service system meetings.
• Interview, onboard, and train new technicians.
• Mentor and develop techs to elevate their skills and performance.
