Siemens EDA is seeking a Field Application Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing technical sales engineering team and drive growth in the Hardware Assisted Verification portfolio. You will guide customer engagements, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to shape roadmaps and products.

The role requires up to 50% travel, strong technical credibility, and excellent communication to influence decisions and champion customer needs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in technical sales, field applications, or related tech leadership.
• Deep expertise in hardware emulation, offload/acceleration, and FPGA prototyping for SoC/ASIC.

Responsabilités

• Lead Field Application Engineer team execution across technical sales activities.
• Guide evaluations and customer engagements with emulation, offload, prototyping, DFT, and power verification.
• Present technical value and ROI to customers and executives.
• Define success criteria for engagements and ensure differentiation.
• Partner with Sales on opportunity planning and multi-year strategy.
