Job summary

Pelagon is seeking a hands-on field engineer to bridge engineering and real-world operations across maritime systems. You will participate in deployments, field trials and customer trainings, working closely with engineers to ensure end-to-end operational readiness.

You will diagnose issues, document procedures and support customers on-site with a practical, structured approach. The role requires travel and on-site deployments with a hybrid work arrangement in Paris or Marseille.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field engineering and systems integration experience.
• Practical foundation in electronics, embedded systems, networking or software troubleshooting.
• Structured approach to diagnosing hardware and software issues.
• Clear communication and documentation habits with ownership of follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Follow site safety procedures and handle customer and technical information with discretion.

Location Based in Paris or Marseille, with a hybrid working arrangement. On-site presence and travel will depend on testing, deployment and customer needs.
