Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting clients in the implementation, deployment, and project delivery of mobile robots and their related peripheral products.
  • Provide technical support for industrial mobile robot hardware, system software, and core control products; analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve on‑site application issues; conduct client training on product usage skills; analyze and relay client requirements; address client inquiries and questions.
  • Fully participate in the company’s product iteration process; propose improvement measures based on real‑world application feedback, and collaborate with R&D to implement these optimizations.
  • Participate in client robot development projects; assist clients in developing mobile robot products remotely or on‑site.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of work experience; science/engineering educational background; relevant work experience in electronics, communications, computer science, or industrial sectors. Familiarity with common industrial factory environments is required. Proficiency in networking, industrial automation, or other robot system fundamentals is a plus. Technical skills may include (but are not limited to): sensors, servo motor debugging, Linux systems, network troubleshooting, robotic arms, PLCs, machine vision, industrial automation design, industrial software, and IoT data collection.
  • Passionate about and optimistic about the long‑term growth of the industrial robot industry; willing to grow and develop alongside the company.
  • Strong learning ability, with a keen curiosity and drive to dive deep into technical challenges; high sense of responsibility and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
