Job summary

Salomon, headquartered in Annecy, France, seeks a Fast Ski Product Line Manager to define the future of its on-piste category. You will connect racing credibility, consumer insight, product innovation, and community engagement into a clear vision and strategy.

Working across Product, Design, R&D, Sales, and Brand Marketing, you will shape industry-leading on-piste products from race-department skis to carving and performance ranges, strengthening Salomon's influence in the racing world and

Qualifications

Deep credibility as a skier with racing experience.
5+ years in Product or Category Management in snow sports.
Strong knowledge of on-piste skiing, racing and FIS rules.
Active connection to ski racing communities.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead projects.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the Fast product vision, roadmap, and segment strategy.
Lead product creation from concept to launch with credibility and market relevance.
Translate insights into compelling product stories for racing and everyday on-piste skiing.
Collaborate with Design, R&D, local race managers and Marketing to deliver best-in-class equipment.
