Job summary

Vestiaire Collective is seeking a Creative Studio Assistant to support photo shoots, e-merchandising, and artistic direction. You will help craft moodboards, organize assets, and assist on set with styling and image editing using Photoshop. Strong fashion knowledge and English fluency are essential, with French a plus.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a global team and contributing to campaigns across multiple markets while developing your portfolio and industry experience.

Qualifications

Portfolio is necessary and should showcase fashion/creative work.
Strong fashion knowledge and ability to follow trends.
English proficiency; French speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with moodboards, trend books, and styling decks.
Assist in selection and delivery of items for shoots.
Prepare clothing, accessories and products for shoots and provide styling support.
Manage item returns to warehouse and assist e-merchandising campaigns.
Support editorial topic research and image library organization.
