A leading financial services firm in Paris is seeking a Facilities and Office Manager. The role involves managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating with various vendors, and ensuring a safe and effective working environment. Candidates should have relevant experience in facilities management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic setting.
Responsabilities
Key Responsibilities :
Office Coordination : managing all aspects of day-to-day facilities such as ordering office supplies, assist visitors, fleet management, printing services, catering services, building management, travel management.
Ticket management : follow-up and manage employee’s requests.
Being the single point of contact for vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, …).
Telecom Services : activation and follow-up of telecom subscriptions.
Key contact within the Onboarding process, assuring that all employees receive adequate and personalized package : mobile, access badge and office equipment.
Project Management : coordination of move requests and refurbishment.
Real Estate : manage relationship with landlord.
Experience in Health & Safety, fire marshal and first aid.
Manage intruder alarm.
Review and improve internal processes.
Travel : Manage travel platform and renew hotel contracts.
Understand and review contracts with various stakeholders.
Relevant experience in Facilities and Office Management.
