Job summary

Sherborne Talent Solutions recherche pour son client industriel international un technicien de maintenance métallurgie sur l’un de ses sites situés en Centre-Val de Loire. Vous intervenez sur pièces de chaudronnerie et assemblages soudés, en respectant les plans et les normes de sécurité.

Autonome, fiable et esprit d’équipe, vous coordonnez interventions, stock et fournisseurs externes, participez à l’installation de nouveaux équipements et contribuez à maintenir la production en fonctionnement.

Qualifications

• Expérience en chaudronnerie et soudure, idéalement en maintenance industrielle.
• Maîtrise du soudage arc et TIG, lecture de plans, découpe, perçage et meulage.
• CACES nacelle 3B (travail en hauteur)
• Habitude des permis feu
• Notions bureautiques (Excel, messagerie)
• Autonomie, fiabilité, esprit d'équipe et fierté du travail bien fait

Responsibilities

• Réparer, modifier et fabriquer des pièces de chaudronnerie et des ensembles soudés selon les plans.
• Maintenir en état de fonctionnement les équipements et infrastructures du site.
• Proposer des solutions métalliques sur mesure pour améliorer les conditions de travail des équipes.
• Participer à l'installation de nouveaux équipements et à des projets d'industrialisation.
• Préparer les interventions et gérer le stock de matériaux de manière autonome.
• Coordonner des entreprises externes et proposer des axes d'amélioration

Our client, a recognized international industrial group, manufacturer of high-tech metal parts, is strengthening its maintenance team at one of its sites in the Centre-Val de Loire region.

What you'll do

• Repair, modify and manufacture boilermaking parts and mechanically welded assemblies from blueprints
• Keeping the site's equipment and infrastructure in perfect working order
• Creating tailor-made metal solutions to improve the working conditions of teams
• Participate in the installation of new equipment and industrialization projects
• Prepare your interventions and manage your stock of materials independently
• Coordinate external companies and propose your ideas for improvement

What is expected of you

• Experience in boilermaking/welding, ideally in industrial maintenance
• Mastery of arc and TIG welding, blueprint reading, cutting, drilling and grinding
• CACES aerial work platform 3B (working at height)
• Habit of burning permits
• Basics in office automation (Excel, messaging)
• Autonomy, reliability, team spirit... and pride in a job well done
