Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support origination efforts, execution phase and portfolio management of lending book.
• Prepare client presentations, meeting materials, call reports and commercial proposals.
• Assist due diligence: credit, KYC, environmental/social, anti-financial crime, reputational risk.
• Assist in negotiating and executing legal docs with counsel and borrowers.
• Coordinate with Middle Office on portfolio management and reporting requirements.
