Job summary

Morgan & Mallet International in Enghien-les-Bains is seeking a Housekeeper to manage the upkeep of a mixed-use property (private and professional). The role includes general housekeeping and preparing lunch for staff.

You will handle cleaning, linen care, shopping, stock management, welcoming service providers, and reporting to Management. A driving licence is required. Start date ASAP; CDI, 35 hours/week on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar professional environment.
• Autonomous, well-organised and versatile.
• Driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the tidiness, cleanliness, and general upkeep of the premises: cleaning, dusting, floor washing, maintaining glass surfaces, taking out the bins, etc.
• Preparing and maintaining the accommodation areas made available to staff
• Ensuring the upkeep of linen: washing, ironing, putting away, and preparing
• Carrying out necessary purchases (shopping and other provisions)
• Preparing lunch daily for 5 to 8 people: meal preparation, setting the table, tidying up and washing dishes
• Monitoring and managing stocks of food, cleaning, and essential supplies, and ensuring they are restocked
• Additional errands (dry cleaning, post office, pharmacy, various purchases, etc.)
• Welcoming outside service providers and facilitating their work on site
• Identifying and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs regarding the premises or equipment
• Providing regular reporting to Management regarding the management and general running of the site
