TENICA is looking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant. Must have TS/SCI with CI poly.

Job location: Chantilly, VA

Skills and abilities:
  1. Strong interpersonal skills;
  2. Advanced knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools;
  3. Exceptional oral and written executive correspondence and communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver clear and concise responses;
  4. Extensive knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications;
  5. Extensive knowledge of proper English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure to ensure that written materials are complete, succinct, and correctly formatted;
  6. Skill to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining flexibility and versatility;
  7. Experience working with senior executives at multiple organizational levels;
  8. Comprehensive knowledge of organization’s policies, procedures, regulations, goals, vision, organizational structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, and values;
  9. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties;
  10. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize;
  11. Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality within the office;
  12. Ability to lead and mentor staff through example;
  13. Ability to develop creative approaches and alternatives to the resolution of issues and problems;
  14. Ability to interact with people who have different values, cultures, or backgrounds;
  15. Ability to work independently at a brisk pace, make urgent judgment decisions, and take the correct action;
  16. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work requirements and priorities, maintaining flexibility and versatility;
  17. Ability to represent the Senior Executive(s) to both internal and external customers.
