A leading international business law firm advising public and private companies, financial institutions and governmental organizations is looking for anExecutive Assistantto join its team in their Paris office.

You will be part of a team of 13 professionals, including 3 partners and 10 associates, and will work in close collaboration with a senior assistant already in place.

The role involves significant logistical coordination and travel management, supporting lawyers working on complex cross-border cases.

Responsabilities :
  • Coordinate complex and frequently changing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, itineraries, and meeting logistics.
  • Proactively manage agendas, meetings, and schedules for multiple fee earners.
  • Prepare and organize hearing bundles and pleadings, ensuring accuracy, structure, and compliance with deadlines.
  • Format and edit legal and business documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Draft and proofread letters, court documents, and internal communications.
