What you'll be doing

• Create and manage an event management database, including travel bookings and documentation for participants
• Keep participant lists updated
• Update clients on event progress
• Send invitation, follow-up, and final confirmation emails
• Propose travel itineraries to participants
• Support on the event day and update attendance post-event

Must haves

(Candidates not meeting these criteria will not be considered.)

• Proficiency in event management software such as CVENT or Evenium
• Experience as a booking or travel agent
• Valid work permit for the country of application
• Strong knowledge of database management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to haves

• Organized and rigorous
• Proactive problem-solver with good prioritization skills
• Excellent listening skills and ability to digest information
