A leading EdTech firm in Paris is seeking an Event Marketing Apprentice to support their global marketing team. The role involves organizing international events, creating marketing assets, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should be pursuing a Master's degree and possess excellent organizational skills. This 1-year apprenticeship offers valuable experience in the EdTech industry.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Marketing Apprentice to join our fast-paced global marketing team. You will report directly to the Event Marketing Manager and play a critical role in executing our international event strategy from initial concept through to post-event analysis. This role requires strong organisational skills a proactive attitude
Location - Paris office
Language - English and French; Spanish, Italian or German is a plus

Reporting Line - Event Marketing Manager
1. International Event Execution
Organize and manage events (conferences trade shows webinars) across various international locations coordinating closely with local teams and strategic partners to ensure global standards and objectives are met.
Handle all aspects of end-to-end event planning including logistics venue vendor management budget tracking and ensuring exceptional attendee satisfaction.
2. Marketing & Outreach
Drive the creation and dispatch of all necessary marketing assets (booth design flyers digital materials) to maximize Wooclap's visibility and impact at events.
Actively work on diversifying Wooclap's presence at events and run strategic outbound campaigns to encourage event organizers and partners to adopt Wooclap as their preferred engagement tool.
3. Measurement & Strategy
Implement tools and strategies to measure event effectiveness focusing on core marketing metrics such as lead generation attendee engagement and ROI.
Use quantitative analytics and qualitative feedback to continuously refine and scale event strategies enhancing overall effectiveness and efficiency of our operations.
4. Collaboration & Partnerships
Collaborate with global Marketing, Sales and Product teams to ensure that all event activities support broader business objectives and align with lead generation goals.
Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and sponsors to maximize event impact and reach within the global EdTech community.
Currently pursuing a Masters degree with an apprenticeship in Marketing Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
Fluent professional English is mandatory (both written and verbal) for all international coordination.
Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interest in event planning, digital marketing and the EdTech industry.
A proactive, autonomous and detail-oriented mindset ready to take ownership of tasks.
Proficiency in standard office tools (Excel / Sheets, PowerPoint / Slides, Notion) social media and an ability to quickly learn new marketing / CRM tools (Hubspot).
