Go Electra is looking for a dedicated operational specialist to join the HQ Network Operations team. Your mission is to maintain operational efficiency in the fast-charging network by managing documentation, data supply, and assisting country teams.

The role will involve complex problem-solving, data analysis, and the ability to work closely with various teams to optimize maintenance practices across Europe. Join a fast-growing company dedicated to electric mobility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an engineering school or university Master's program (Bac+5) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Comfortable with cost analysis, benchmarking, and supply chain basics.
• Ability to create clear, structured, and field-ready documentation.

Responsabilités

• Support country teams in building maintenance partner ecosystems.
• Provide operational data analysis to track performance KPIs.
• Contribute to spare parts strategy and supplier qualification.
• Drive cross-country best practice sharing and method adoption.
