Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Visual Merchandising Project Leader to manage high-visibility retail projects across Europe. You will lead end-to-end furniture update campaigns and POSM rollouts, translating marketing strategies into planograms and in-store storytelling while ensuring brand integrity.

This role requires 3+ years in VM project management, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English with solid presentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or communication from a recognized school.
• 3+ years in VM project management, retail operations, or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational and logistical skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsabilités

• Furniture update campaigns & POSM rollout across Europe.
• End-to-end furniture campaigns: production tracking, supplier briefings, shipping, and in-store setup.
• POSM design, validation, and production for in-store communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Supply Chain to meet deadlines.
• Develop planograms and storytelling while maintaining brand DNA.
• Budget management and quality control across POS.
• Mentor an intern and guide team members.
