Bull in France seeks a Funded Project Manager to lead strategic R&D programs in Artificial Intelligence, HPC and Quantum Computing. You will manage complex, multi‑partner projects across European and national calls, coordinating delivery, budgets and governance in a highly collaborative, international setting.

You will help identify new funding opportunities, contribute to proposal preparation and submission, and ensure compliance with funding rules.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, multi‑partner funded R&D projects.
• Knowledge of European and national funding schemes and proposal processes.
• Strong communication and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day‑to‑day management of complex, multi‑partner funded R&D projects.
• Coordinate international consortia, including industry partners, research institutions, and public bodies.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, and compliance with funding rules.
