Bull in France seeks a Funded Project Manager to lead European R&D projects in AI, HPC and quantum computing. You will manage multi‑partner consortia, monitor milestones and budgets, and ensure alignment with funding requirements.

You will also contribute to proposal development, identify funding calls, and prepare technical and financial sections for submissions, working with industrial, academic and institutional partners in a highly international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading funded R&D projects, preferably in AI, HPC or quantum computing.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑partner consortia and track milestones.
• Strong communication skills for diverse industrial and academic partners.

Responsabilités

• Drive the execution of strategic funded projects with international partners.
• Monitor budgets, milestones, risks and deliverables, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with finance, legal and management to align roadmaps with funding terms.
• Support proposal preparation, funding calls analysis and submissions.
