Original Composites and Fiberglass seeks a European Material Planner to translate S&OP decisions into executable material and replenishment plans across Europe. You will bridge supply planning, sourcing plants, subcontractors and customer-facing teams to ensure material availability and service targets.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement and data-driven execution with opportunities for growth. Strong collaboration and English fluency are required in this manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; APICS/Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain or operations planning in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Integrate safety considerations into planning and supply chain decisions.
• Develop material plans based on approved S&OP outputs and coordinate with sourcing plants and European subcontractors.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate recovery plans and performance improvements initiatives.
• Define SKU inventory targets and drive SMOI reduction and inventory optimization.
• Maintain SAP master data and planning parameters; monitor GRNI and execution quality metrics.
