Hydro Extrusions is a world-leading aluminium extrusion business with a European footprint. We seek a senior manufacturing professional to drive standardization and operational excellence across our European sites.

You will lead cross-functional improvement projects, develop fabrication standards, and monitor KPIs like OEE and uptime. Fluent English is required; experience with aluminium extrusion and Lean/Six Sigma is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fabrication experience for structural components and related processes.
• Experience with aluminium extrusion manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen or Operational Excellence.
• Proven track record using manufacturing KPIs, especially OEE, uptime and utilization.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects across multiple sites or regions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain fabrication standards across Hydro’s European operations, focusing on safety, efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as OEE, uptime, asset utilization, productivity, scrap and quality.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional improvement projects across multiple sites.
• Identify and share best practices and support harmonization of fabrication processes across the European network.
• Work closely with plant leadership and technical stakeholders, providing expertise, support and constructive challenge.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement to strengthen technical capabilities across sites.
• Support compliance with Hydro’s Quality System, HSE requirements, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to improvements in quality, safety, sustainability and overall operational performance.
