Emerson is seeking a Project Pursuit Manager Engineered Solutions to identify, develop, and win Engineered Solutions opportunities across Europe. You will lead strategic pursuits, shape customer requirements, and drive collaborations with EPCs, OEMs, and end users in a consultative selling environment.

You will influence project specifications, manage complex negotiations, and coordinate international teams to secure orders while maintaining momentum through lengthy sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, pursuit management, or solution selling within process automation, industrial technology, instrumentation, engineering solutions, or related industries.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify, develop, and pursue Engineered Solutions opportunities across Europe with a focus on winning new business and securing orders.
• Lead strategic sales pursuits from early opportunity identification through contract award.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Engage customers using a consultative selling approach to understand business challenges and position value-added solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams, ensuring alignment between customer needs, commercial strategy, and technical solution development.
• Develop and execute pursuit strategies to improve Emerson's competitive position and win rates.
• Drive opportunity progression and momentum through long, complex sales cycles.
