Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across 16 European countries in a highly regulated medical devices environment.

You will partner with hiring managers and the HR leadership to deliver high-quality candidates while ensuring regulatory, data protection, and quality standards are upheld across Sales, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Engineering and Corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition within medical devices, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data protection, and local labour laws across Europe.
• Ability to manage multiple roles across 16 European countries in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Define role requirements and regulatory constraints with hiring managers.
• Source candidates across LinkedIn, boards, networks, agencies and referrals.
• Screen and interview for technical skills, regulatory awareness and cultural fit.
