Tilray France S.A.S. is seeking a Public Affairs Director to develop and execute advocacy strategies across Europe, fostering relationships with government officials and stakeholders to support Tilray’s business objectives.

The role requires anticipation of regulatory changes and proactive engagement with EU institutions and trade associations. The successful candidate will organize briefings and consultations, monitor policy developments, and coordinate with Tilray leadership to navigate

Responsabilités

Craft and execute advocacy plans to ensure a favorable political and regulatory climate in key markets.
Anticipate and get ahead of potential business challenges arising from political or policy decisions.
Build relationships in strategic markets with key local, state and federal government elected officials and regulators, as well as public and private insurance providers and their trade associations.
Act as a liaison to relevant entities and stakeholders representing EU institutions, trade and political organizations.
Foster productive relationships between Tilray senior management and elected officials, regulators and stakeholders.
Organize briefings, meetings and other interactions with government officials to build positive relationships prior to and throughout Tilray’s introduction to the market.
Listen and understand external market concerns and actively communicate to internal business leaders.
Identify and monitor operational issues that may benefit from legislative and/or regulatory action.
Track political and policy developments that could impact Tilray’s business plans in Europe.
