BMC Medical in Lille, France seeks a Tax & Compliance Manager to lead cross-border tax coordination for the French subsidiary and EU operations. You will ensure compliance with French GAAP, IFRS, and EU tax policies, guiding risk assessment and decision-making for multinational activities.

The role covers EU cross-border VAT administration, transfer pricing governance, internal control, and liaison with tax authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• Fluent in French and English for business communication.
• Experience with cross-border tax and transfer pricing beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-border tax coordination for the French subsidiary and EU-wide operations.
• Oversee VAT administration and compliance across France, Italy and other EU states.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and related-party transaction governance.
• Develop tax internal controls and respond to tax audits and inspections.
• Communicate tax policy updates to overseas teams and HQ finance.
