Airbus Helicopters in Marignane, France, is seeking an Industrial Work Package Responsible (m/f) to join the Research & Innovation team. You will lead industrialization activities for rotorcraft components and manage supplier interfaces across multiple domains.

Aufgaben

• Industrialization Management: lead the industrialization from design to prototype manufacturing, including supplies, tooling, and documentation.
• Supplier Monitoring & Procurement: select and monitor aero and non-aero suppliers with Procurement.
• Work Preparation & Compliance: pilot work preparation for internal activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Structure centers and Prototype shop, ensuring DO/PO compliance.
• Cost Management: monitor prototype costs at aircraft level using EVM methodologies and drive Design to Cost campaigns.
• Quality & Non-Conformity: track non-conformities and deviations, coordinating with Design, Quality, and Production.
• Export Control: ensure proper classification of export control data in company tools (VPM, Windchill, SAP).

Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Industrial Work Package Responsible (m/f) to join the Research & Innovation department based in Marignane, France. Your future missions

By joining our team, you will participate in the development of key technologies for Airbus Helicopters flying demonstrators. You will be the industrial responsible for prototype activities related to R&T demonstrators and lead the operations regarding the manufacturing of rotorcraft components across all domains (Airframe, Dynamic Systems, Engine, Avionics, and onboard equipment).

Your main missions will be:

• Industrialization Management: Lead the industrialization of each part (supplies, tooling, means, documentation) following a systematic Design to Cost approach from preliminary design to prototype manufacturing.
• Supplier Monitoring & Procurement: Ensure the selection (with Procurement) and close monitoring of suppliers for Aero (flying parts) and Non-Aero activities (tooling, ground demonstrators).
• Work Preparation & Compliance: Pilot work preparation (OF, technical documentation) for internal activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Structure centers, and Prototype shop, ensuring full compliance with Airbus DO/PO processes.
• Cost Management: Benchmark, consolidate, and follow up prototype costs (RC/NRC) at aircraft level using EVM methodology, while actively driving Design to Cost campaigns.
• Quality & Non-Conformity: Perform daily follow-ups on non-conformities and deviations, animating collaboration between Design Office, Quality, and Production teams.
• Export Control: Check and ensure correct compliance and classification of export control data in company tools (VPM, Windchill, SAP, internal networks).

This position involves frequent travel to suppliers and innovation project partners.

Your profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an industrial technician/responsible on complex products.
• Technical Expertise & Tools: Technical degree (Bachelor+3) or equivalent with significant professional experience. Strong knowledge of aerospace products, manufacturing stages, and dynamic components (gearboxes). Proficiency in Catia V5 (standard module) and PLM tools (e.g., VPM). Solid experience in supplier management.
• Language: Technical English.
• Soft skills: Agility, resilience, and strong adaptability in a moving and complex environment. Ability to work under pressure and embrace uncertainties. Strong leadership, coordination, and soft management skills across multidisciplinary teams (Quality, SCQM, Production, Suppliers).
