Thales, siège à Meudon, recherche un Embedded Technical Account Manager pour accompagner nos clients eSIM dans l’avant-vente et le déploiement.

Rôle fortement technique, incluant pilotage de projets, analyse et résolution d’incidents, et formation des consultants locaux. Exige une expertise eSIM et des standards GSMA, ainsi que l’anglais et le français.

Qualifications

• Master's degree en ingénierie, informatique ou télécom.
• 10 ans d’expérience en consulting technique SIM/eSIM.
• 10 ans d’expérience en cartes intelligentes et en appareils sans fil.
• Connaissance des standards 3GPP/GSMA et des normes RSP/eUICC SGP.02/22/32.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français.

Responsabilités

• Fournir un support pré-vente eSIM approfondi aux équipes commerciales et VLA.
• Gérer des projets dans le cadre du processus BAP, rédaction et mise en œuvre des spécifications techniques.
• Fournir un support post-vente technique et analyse approfondie des incidents.

Once deployed, our solutions proactively identify, evaluate, and eliminate current and emerging threats, so you never have to choose between innovating for your customers and protecting what matters mostIf you’re looking for new opportunities, and ready to join a high-skilled multicultural team, **willing to travel**, we are now looking for a **Embedded Technical Account Manager** to join the Team, to be based in France, in Paris area.**What will you do?**As a **Embedded Technical Account Manager** within Thales, you will:* Provide in-depth eSIM pre-sale support to the Sales, Customer/VLA Customer including analysis of client/global group eSIM requirements.* Project management within BAP process with writing and implementing of the technical specifications using dedicated internal tools and processes* Provide in-depth eSIM post-sale support to customer/VLA with in depth technical analysis and troubleshooting* Be very technically oriented and pay extra attention and focus in technically detailed implementations* Communicate clearly and Adapt quickly to any customer technical requirements and need, by providing adapted answers in order to create customer technical intimacy* Animate, Educate & Support the network of technical consultants acting on the local accounts of the VLA.* Help the global & local sales force to understand what solution already exist in Thales DIS to improve efficiency in developments & create synergies between local accounts teams.* Ensure feedback to the corporate product marketing, R&D & technical teams on technical features required by the customer/global customer, in full coordination with the Sales & marketing teams.* Assist the Thales DIS sales & marketing forces defining and/or positioning existing or new eSIM products.* Provide adhoc expert support and/or training to customer, VLA, local eTCs working on Global products.**About You**To succeed in this job, you should have:**Technical skills:*** Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or Telecom.* An additional degree or affinity in Business or Commercial engineering would be preferred.* Prior SIM/eSIM Technical Consulting experience is required **(10 years)*** **10 years’** Experience in smart cards and in wireless devices is necessary* Understanding of telecom different access network environment (GSM/UMTS/CDMA/LTE/5G) is needed* Understanding of 3GPP, 3GPP2 and GSMA standards is required* Have very good knowledge of the different RSP/eUICC Standards SGP.02 (M2M), SGP.22 (CE) and even the future SGP.32 (IoT). Shall be able to understand and explain in detail such standards to a customer* Think out of the box in order to be able to serve new IoT eUICC players/customers asking for innovative solutions for eUICC: CE doing M2M, M2M doing CE and a mix of different other combinations.* Having innovator mindset to accompany our customers in their new successful eUICC journey* Have optionally extra valuable experiences on other specialized related domains like HSMs, Software development, Block chain, ...* Experience in business communications to clearly present technical features**Soft skills:*** Organized and detailed-oriented* Customer and business-oriented* Multi-tasking and able to manage high stress with many precise work items going at once and communicated with various companies* Excellent Written and Communication Skills overall and on technical aspects* Good interpersonal skills* Self-motivated* Quick Learner and team player* Fluent in at least **English and French****What do we offer?*** Flexible working hours.* Intensive working days on Fridays and during August.* Remote-friendly - 2/3 days a week working from home.* Restaurant allowance and social benefits (health insurance, kindergarten).Thales is an equal opportunity employer.
