Tikehau Capital is seeking a highly analytical ESG intern to join its growing ESG team in Paris. You will support the team across reporting, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and due diligence, collaborating with portfolio managers and ESG experts on varied projects.

Ideal candidates are penultimate or final-year students from top business or engineering schools, with strong academics, fluent in English and French, and proficient in MS Office. French language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Final or penultimate year student with strong academic credentials.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with attention to detail.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint) required.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting standards (SFDR/CSRD, GRI/SASB/TCFD) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support ESG team in main tasks including reporting campaigns.
• Coordinate regulatory ESG and impact reporting requirements.
• Assist in ESG process improvements and training initiatives.
• Contribute to ESG analysis, scoring, and KPI tracking.
• Support due diligence questionnaires and materials prep.
