Job summary

Infinite Orbits in Toulouse is seeking a data steward to manage and structure data across our ERP environment (Odoo). Your main mission is to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and well organized to support product, procurement, finance, and operations.

You will create and maintain records for products, suppliers, and customers, prevent duplicates, apply simple structuring rules, and monitor changes. Collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and finance is essential to improve data quality

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle…)
• Data handling with Excel; SQL is a plus
• Experience in industrial environment (hardware, aerospace, manufacturing)
• Detail-oriented, structured, and solution-driven
• Able to collaborate with multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data in the ERP (products, suppliers, customers, etc.)
• Ensure there are no duplicates or inconsistencies
• Define and apply simple rules to structure data properly
• Control and track data changes

About the Role

We are looking for someone to manage and structure data within our ERP system (Odoo).

Your main mission: ensure that all data used across the company is accurate, consistent, and well organized.
