Job summary

Pernod Ricard SA in Paris is seeking a Change Management Intern to support a large ERP transformation program LEAP, focusing on communication, events, and Core Team animation, and on PMO activities to drive adoption of new processes.

You will split time 70% Change Management (communications, events, Core Team) and 30% PMO (planning, dashboards, knowledge management), collaborating with IT, business teams and internal communications; ideal for students in business/engineering with interest in AI.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School, or University (Bachelor +4 / Master level).
• Strong interest in Change Management, digital transformation and project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a taste for event organization and stakeholder coordination.
• Comfortable with content creation, particularly video (video editing tools are a plus).
• Well-organized, structured and proactive.
• Curious about AI and automation, with an appetite for using technology to simplify processes, optimise ways of working and support scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Change Management activities: communication, events and Core Team animation, plus support to Change Lead on the second pilot deployment.
• Coordinate with internal and/or external stakeholders (project teams, IT, business teams, communication).
• PMO support: program planning, milestone tracking and dashboards updates.
• Assist in preparing materials for project and steering committees; follow-up on actions and decisions.
• Explore practical AI, Copilot and automation uses to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing.
