Job summary

Pernod Ricard in Paris is offering a Change Management Intern position within a large ERP transformation program. The role blends communication, events, and PMO support to drive adoption of new processes and tools across the Core Team and pilot deployments.

You will help run communications, manage content creation, and coordinate events, while also contributing to PMO activities and lessons learned. Fluent English and French are expected, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School, or University (Bachelor +4 / Master level).
• Strong interest in Change Management, digital transformation and project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a taste for event organization and stakeholder coordination.
• Comfortable with content creation, particularly video (video editing tools are a plus).
• Well-organized, structured and proactive.
• Able to work in a multi-stakeholder, structured project environment.
• Curious about AI and automation, with an appetite for using technology to simplify processes, optimise ways of working and support scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the program communication plan: preparing and disseminating key messages and updates.
• Maintain collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams) and update files.
• Create communication content (presentations, infographics, newsletters, digital assets, video content).
• Provide logistical support for change-related events from preparation to follow-up.
• Animate the Core Team: coordinate meetings and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in preparing and running the second pilot deployment (communications and engagement).
• Track surveys and monitor results on change, engagement, and training feedback.
• Contribute to lessons learned for future waves.
• PMO: support program planning, milestone tracking, dashboards.
• Prepare materials for project and steering committees; follow-up on actions and decisions.
• Explore AI, Copilot and automation to simplify recurring PMO activities.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the program.
