Job summary

Solina Group in Paris is seeking a seasoned Business Process Owner to lead ERP production and warehouse processes across sites. You’ll design, improve and validate planning, BOMs, routes, capacity, shop floor control, warehouse management and costing in the ERP for global consistency.

You’ll collect site requirements, partner with IT to implement solutions, and lead a network of key users—running workshops, testing, rollouts, training and first‑line support.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in a similar role such as Business Process Owner or ERP lead in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on ERP rollout experience across several sites or countries.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, shop floor, and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Own production and warehouse processes in the ERP: planning, production orders, bills of materials, routes, capacity, shop floor control, warehouse management and production costing.
• Turn business needs into solutions: collect requirements from the sites and work with IT to design, improve and validate processes.
• Lead a network of key users: run workshops, guide testing and roll-outs, train teams and organise first-line support.
• Work across functions with other process owners and act as their back-up.
• Keep delivery on track: follow up on deliverables, manage scope changes, flag risks early and raise issues to leadership.
